Josh Hotsenpiller – Brand Founder
Pastor by day, Creative Innovator by night. Josh has a passion for people and a knack for equipping them with tools to empower their personal and spiritual growth. Josh is the pastor of a multi-campus church in San Diego, Principle Owner and Idea Guy at Profits4Purpose – a web based platform empowering global companies to give back to their communities, as well asMovemetools.com a web based platform equipping churches and their members to engage and grow. Josh also consults with and is a national church planting coach and all around strategist for the Christian and Missionary Alliance. When Josh isn’t busy churning his creative juices he enjoys a hot cup of black coffee, wrestling with his family and long runs through the trails of San Diego.
Tyler Fouche – Brand Creator
Interactive web programmer, mobile developer, youth pastor. Tyler has been programming since he was a child and purposes to use his gifts for the Kingdom. Tyler is the owner of Super Urchin Studios, a mulimedia company in San Diego that works with clients such as Dreamworks, Smerc, and A&E. He spends his mornings programming and nights teaching youth about Jesus. Tyler is often found in the mountains riding his bike, jamming on the guitar, or spending time with his wife Tracey.
Phil Hotsenpillar – Brand Champion
Phil is co-founder, with his wife Tammy of Influence Church in Southern California. Influence Church seeks to influence the world for Christ by empowering each person to discover and develop his or her kingdom assignment. Phil’s passion is for teaching and ministering the Word of God. He is considered an authority on End-Time prophecy. Phil has ministered in a number of areas at the nexus of leadership. Previously, he served as an adjunct professor at both Southern Theological Seminary and Union Theological Seminary. Phil is the founder of {la}godMusc and co-author the Passionate Lives and Leaders series. The eight-volume set of books provides leaders with real-world examples, ideas and tools for living passionate lives in their respective fields. Phil loves traveling with his wife and enjoying time with the family.
